HAPKIDO/JUJITSU CROSS TRAINING Hapkido, or the way of harmonious power and the method of harmonizing energy. Hapkido is a Korean martial art which emerged in the mid twentieth century, and was created by fusing a wide range of martial arts. Hapkido possesses one of the most complex, unique, and varied arsenals of self-defense techniques to be found in any martial art. Hapkido combines all major martial categories; strikes, kicks, blocks, holds, joint locks, chokes, throws, break falls, tumbling, ground fighting, weapons, meditation and healing.

ACTION TKD Tae Kwon Do, or way of kicking and punching. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art which emerged in the mid twentieth century. The study of Tae Kwon Do not only improves one’s physical fitness and health but also employs as its highest goal inner peace and serenity. Tae Kwon Do emphasizes on strikes, kicks and blocks; limited use of joint lock holds, and is rapidly evolving into a major national sport. The art of Tae Kwon Do has grown to over 35 million practitioners worldwide, and millions in the United States alone.

Lil' Dragons The Lil' Dragon is a complete program for children ages 4-7, and will introduce children to the fundamentals of martial arts by focusing on manners, respect, self control, and understanding. Students will learn balance, strength, flexibility, teamwork, large motor skills, safety, and basic martial arts techniques. These high-energy classes also focus on important life skills such as stanger danger, fire safety, drug awareness, first aid, and much more.
